- HBCI/FinTS access to your accountWe use software and import via login (which we receive from you and you receive from your bank) directly from the bank’s server to us. To do this, we need HBCI/FinTS access (PIN/TAN procedure or key file) with reader rights from your bank. For your business account, this is very useful to be able to directly import the amount of money, value date and reason for use into your accounting.

- Pictures and photos cause work. Therefore, we prefer to have complete, grayscale, searchable, compressed PDF documents. With all other file formats, we would have to merge and often rotate pages, convert the images into multi-page PDF documents, and much more. It saves us work and you costs if you send us documents in PDF format. To take pictures of the documents with your smartphone as usual, you can use apps such as CamScanner, simplr and others. On the PC you can use apps or websites like this one: JPG to PDF (PDF24, external link) or Image to PDF (Adobe, external link)
